Alles super.Sehr schönes, kleines, uriges Gästehaus mit zwei Schlafplätzen, die über Leitern zugänglich sind. Alles ist sehr sauber und alles fürs Funktionieren ist vorhanden und in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig etwas ausserhalb von London. Eine sehr schöne Ünernachtungsmöglichkeit

Absolutely idyllic, we booked last minute simply needing a place to stay as we were attending a wedding nearby but it feIt felt like a home away from home, everything you needed was there and it is nestled away in such a peaceful settling. The alpacas were perfect neighbours too!

Amanda was a wonderful host from start to finish, her response time can not be faltered and her accommodating nature was amazing and very welcoming! We had an amazing weekend, even though it was for essential reasons during this pandemic it was a wonderful escape from the reality of the current world. We had an amazing time and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for a quaint and quirky cosy log cabin in what feels like the middle of no where. Would love to come back again when we are out of this pandemic! Thank you both so much for your hospitality and all the amazing little add ons your place offered, the mini bar was a wonderful touch!

Gorgeous little cottage with bedrooms up ladders. The kids had great fun, especially playing in the generous grassy space whilst the quiet and bemused alpacas watch from the adjoining field. Place has great modern features, and Amanda & Tim are excellent hosts with super quick response times to our every question (poor things). Highly recommended

I was looking for somewhere memorable to celebrate my 50th birthday as a family and The Secret Cottage absolutely lived up to expectations! Super cute - just like the photos. With all the comforts, including very comfy mattresses and duvets in the mezzanine bedrooms, fluffy towels, lovely bathroom and a small but very well equipped kitchen. The family loved the quirky bedrooms up a ladder, the big TV and the X-box. I loved the beautiful green setting (the birdsongs were incredible!) and the fact that we could easily access lovely walks from the end of the garden, including to the North Downs Way and beautiful views over the Kent countryside. Amanda and Tim are very welcoming and friendly hosts. We had a wonderful weekend and we hope to come back.

A lovely weekend at Amanda’s! Comfortable and stylish base so close to loads of beauty spots. We arranged to feed the alpacas (very last minute) which was fab and had drinks at the Westerham brewery just down the road. Having a garden to play football was great and there was a beautiful woodland walk through the secret door. We all loved! Our girl especially loved the ladders xx

Beautiful location and cottage. So peaceful. Everything and more. Can't recommend enough, amazing and will definitely return. Alpacas in the grounds were an added extra that was lovely. Hosts were amazing and went above and beyond to help. Honestly one of the best places I have stayed. Building is still new and I think it has potential to be even better with some additional small touches. Can't wait to rebook Walked into the ladders up to the bedroom a few times but not a major issue

We had a wonderful two night break in the Secret Cottage. Everything was immaculately clean and the house is stylishly decorated and well organised to fit a compact space. Beds are very comfortable and hosts super friendly. The location was perfect for us between the Eurotunnel and London, and whilst we were mainly there to visit family in the area we also fitted in a trip to the Bluewater Shopping Centre (half an hour away) and had a look around beautiful Kent. The access to the path through the garden was a bonus for a runner and there are some nice (hilly!) paths through some beautiful countryside right "on the doorstep". The outdoor space was much appreciated by the rest of the family too - my football-mad son loved showing off his football skills to the alpacas and my other son enjoyed reading Harry Potter (for hours) on the comfortable garden furniture. The Secret Cottage had everything we needed and we'll definitely be back next time we are in the UK. Many thanks to Amanda and Tim for being lovely hosts

The Secret Cottage is a lovely little secret, you feel really tucked away in your own little world. Amanda and Tim were great in keeping in contact and Amanda popped by the day we checked in just to make sure we knew how to work everything and point out a few tips. Overall this place was a lovely little gem.

Nothing not to like
Wow was our first and continuing impression. We were attending a wedding at Westerham Golf Club so booked The Secret Cottage originally as it was the closest accommodation. We were very impressed from the moment we received the first very thoughtful email from Amanda to the moment we left. It’s very clean and comfortable and it was lovely to have breakfast in our own outdoor area. The children absolutely loved the alpacas but due to the reason for our visit we missed out on feeding them a must for next time. There are lots of personal touches and everything you could possibly need.

- Gem of a Cottage Fantastic little cottage, very welcoming hosts and brilliant location. Stayed here when attending a wedding nearby and this was an excellent option compared to other options in the local area. The outside area is beautiful and the Alpacas were highly entertaining! - My boyfriend & I had such a relaxing few nights at the cottage. It has a very cosy, homely feel and makes you feel all round comfortable. The facilities are fantastic. We took some food to cook to dinner/breakfast and all utensils were supplied at the cottage. The decor is lovely. The living area includes a smart tv, surround sound & even an xbox! Beds are incredibly comfortable. We would 100% recommend for anyone to stay here and we will definitely be back to revisit! Thank you Amanda & Tim x

- This cottage is a delightful and cozy place to stay for a relaxing weekend away. It's perfect for 4 people - but we had a few more and it was still great. We went to a local spa retreat for the day which was only 20 mins drive away. Owners are very friendly and accommodating

Amanda was great from start to finish! Our cottage stay made my husbands birthday super special. Even with a power cut (which effected the whole area), lots of rain followed by snow we had the best weekend. Thank god for the Xbox in the front room, amazing little touch. Thank you very much.
